Tenant-aware access
StaffOps is designed around organization-scoped workspaces. Application data is associated with an organization, and access is evaluated against active organization membership and relevant section permissions.
Authentication and roles
Users authenticate before accessing private workspace features. Administrators can use roles and section permissions to limit access to operational, financial and sharing functions based on the person’s responsibilities.
Files and shared access
Files are stored in organization-private paths and should be shared only through deliberate workspace actions. Administrators should periodically review user access, shared resources and any links they create.
Your security responsibilities
Use a unique, strong password, keep devices current, protect sign-in codes, and remove access when someone changes roles or leaves the organization. Report suspected misuse to your administrator immediately and do not place credentials or secrets in workspace records or files.
Security reporting
If you believe a StaffOps account or workspace may have been compromised, stop sharing sensitive information, preserve relevant details and use your organization’s designated StaffOps support or incident channel as soon as possible.
