Using StaffOps
StaffOps is an operational workspace for service teams. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your organization’s authority, policies and applicable law. An organization administrator is responsible for the users, roles, data and sharing choices made in its workspace.
Accounts and access
Keep sign-in credentials confidential and use accounts only for the person to whom they are assigned. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe another organization’s workspace or allow unauthorized people to use your account. Notify your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
Your organization retains responsibility for the information, documents and communications it puts into StaffOps. By using the service, you authorize StaffOps to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the features you use. You must have all necessary permissions, notices and consents for the content you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use StaffOps to upload malware, infringe rights, harass people, create unlawful discriminatory decisions, or transmit information in breach of confidentiality, privacy or employment obligations. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or interfere with the service or its security controls.
Availability and changes
We work to keep StaffOps reliable, but operational software should not be the only source for emergency decisions or legally required records. Features may evolve as the product improves. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through an appropriate product or account channel before they take effect, where required.
Contact and governing documents
Your organization’s service agreement, order form or other written agreement may include additional terms and takes precedence where it conflicts with this public product notice. Administrators should ensure their organization’s legal entity, support contact and any required local notices are provided to their users.
